The Castel Gelluli brand was created and registered in 2019. Olives harvested according to a traditional method are pressed at the end of the day immediately after being picked according to a continuous, first pressing and cold chain process.

It is extracted from olives of the chemlali variety which is quite rustic and highly appreciated by connoisseurs. The oil extracted from Chemlali is balanced, with slight bitter and spicy sensations with an aroma of green almond.

Tasting Notes:

Our 0% pesticide extra virgin olive oil present the following features: Clean, spicy, floral nose with green almond and hints of radicchio and chicory. Moderate transfer with a creamy mouthfeel. Moderate pepper with a nutty bitter finish and warm sorrel finish (according to the Australian International Olive Awards)
